Your role will involve creating practical and theoretical training modules, maintaining GMP Training Records, and supporting regulatory and internal audits. Collaborate with business partners to build sustainable knowledge transfer pathways and drive operational process improvements. Join us in shaping the future of learning!

Accountabilities

- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Knowledge Management Program at Alexion College Park.
- Coordinate projects and training initiatives to enhance quality, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated processes.
- Deliver classroom training and develop on-the-job training programs.
- Interact with all levels of company personnel to promote training as a compliance requirement and business practice.
- Provide creative learning design consultation using e-learning technologies.
- Collaborate with operational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training interventions and materials.
- Stay updated on new regulatory/technical developments and training methodologies.
- Champion knowledge transfer within the business and develop knowledge transfer pathways.
- Create training materials, communication emails, banners, and more.
- Support functional leaders in understanding learning needs and conducting learning needs analysis.

Essential Skills/Experience

- 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
- Experience with LMS systems and with the development of e-learning solutions.
- Experience of delivering blended learning interventions covering a wide range of topics.
- Knowledge of designing tools to effectively create visual communications, materials, and reports for the team.
- Knowledge/Expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), and cutting-edge digital tools are desirable.

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Technical diploma or BA/BS Degree in Life Sciences or similar preferred.
